3D Air Mesh is a modern, technical, three-dimensional knitted fabric constructed from a combination of dense surface layers and a spacious, open inner mesh. This distinct structure creates a cushion of air within the fabric, which is key to its functional properties. It is engineered for high breathability, moisture management, and cushioning while remaining remarkably lightweight.

GSM Range
We offer 3D Air Mesh fabric in all GSM ranges, including lightweight 180–250 GSM for apparel and sports uses, medium 250–350 GSM for footwear and medical supports, and heavy 350–600 GSM for automotive, upholstery, and technical applications.
Composition
Available compositions are 100% Polyester, 100% Nylon, and Polyester or Nylon blended with Spandex/Elastane (typically 5-15%) to provide mechanical stretch and a better conforming fit.
Customizations & Coatings
We provide multiple customization and finishing options including PU or PVC coatings for strength and waterproofing, lamination with foam or tricot backing for added support, and anti-bacterial, anti-static, and flame-retardant treatments for specialized industries. Additional options include W/R (Water Repellent), W/P (Waterproof) finishes, UV-resistant coatings for outdoor use, and custom thickness (2 mm to 10 mm) with adjustable mesh density and color customization.
