GSM Range
We offer Softshell fabric in all GSM ranges, including lightweight 180–250 GSM for sportswear and flexible apparel, medium 250–350 GSM for outdoor and casual jackets, and heavy 350–500+ GSM for industrial, thermal, and protective outerwear applications.
Composition
Available compositions are 100% Polyester, Polyester/Spandex blends, and Nylon/Spandex blends, often laminated with a TPU or PU membrane for added protection. The inner layer is typically brushed fleece or microfleece, providing warmth and comfort, while the outer layer delivers durability and weather resistance.
Customizations & Coatings
We offer a full range of customizations including TPU, PU, or PTFE membrane lamination for water and wind resistance, bonded fleece backing for insulation, and 4-way stretch construction for active performance.
