SPH Fabric

SPH Fabric (commonly known as Super Polyester High-Stretch or Stretch Polyester Heavy) is a premium, mechanically elastic polyester fabric engineered to provide a soft drape, smooth surface, and natural 2-way stretch without spandex. SPH is known for its luxurious fall, matte appearance, wrinkle resistance, and high durability, making it a top choice for modest wear and premium fashion. Its stretch is created through special high-twist or composite yarn technology, giving comfort and body without deformation.

• Apparel: Abayas, long dresses, maxi gowns, trousers, tops, skirts, and modest wear.

3. GSM Range

We offer SPH fabric in all GSM ranges, including medium 160–220 GSM for abayas and tops, and heavy 220–300+ GSM for trousers, premium abayas, and structured garments.

4. Composition

Available compositions are 100% Polyester SPH, Polyester/Viscose SPH blends for softer drape, and Recycled SPH (RPET) for sustainable fashion. SPH typically does not require spandex to achieve its natural stretch, but Polyester/Spandex SPH variants are also available for enhanced elasticity.

5. Customizations & Coatings

We offer a wide range of customizations, including matte or semi-matte finishes, soft-touch / peach finishing, super drape finishing, and wrinkle-resistant treatments. Functional treatments include W/R (Water Repellent), anti-bacterial, UV-resistant, anti-static, and easy-care options. Printing options include sublimation, digital, and rotary printing. Additional customizations include embossed textures, ribbed SPH, bubble SPH, and custom widths based on client requirements.
